I grew up in Dublin, Ireland and attended Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT) completing a BSc. in Polymer Technology. After graduating I moved to New York, followed by Chicago, IL. In 1990 I started to work at Baxter Healthcare, developing medical disposables for the Renal (Dialysis) division. Continuing my education in materials science, I completed a MS in Chem Eng. (Polymer Science) at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). In 2001, I broaden my education completing a MS in Product Development and Design at Northwestern University. Over the years I have self learned software development specializing in Angular and Data visualization using d3js. In 2018, completed a bootcamp (April-Oct) in Data Science at Northwestern University.
